Vivo Infusion Cedar Hill has a professional staff that is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, funny, and helpful. Everyone was professional and polite, and everything was fully explained. The staff was very friendly from the time of walking into the office. The nurse was able to catch a vein on the first try, which is a great accomplishment. The staff is very efficient and made patients feel at ease. Vivo has a competent and caring staff who answered all questions, gave a tour and overview prior to the infusion, and closely monitored the results while in progress. They offered the best in care.
Everyone was very nice and friendly. The lady that started my infusion got the IV started and on the first time without any pain, which was wonderful for me. I highly recommend them… and I didn’t have any side effects. Yay!!!
Excellent customer service. The nurses know what they are doing. Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Clean establishment. They take excellent care of my dad once a month for his infusion. Highly recommend.
ViVo infusion has the professional staff. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, funny, helpful, etc. this is just an understatement of words. The right words are not in the dictionary or encyclopedia yet. ViVo take a bow, you got a standing ovation from us...
