I want to make sure that Felix is recognized for service above and beyond! I was in a terrible time crunch with several prescription refills that I had been working for weeks to resolve, but one in particular, would have been over $1000. if I had to wait one extra day. Felix worked tirelessly and diligently to resolve the problem between the prescriber and the pharmacy in the last few hours to make sure I had my prescription in time to save the $1000. that I could not possibly afford.
It is the small kindnesses such as this that makes such a significant difference in the lives of patients. Thank you, Felix, for your care and consideration. You are appreciated!

All three of my children see Dr. Hancock. He is a phenomenal doctor. He asks thorough questions, he answers our questions and is very knowledgable. I have not left disappointed. My children respond very well to him as well.

Just took my wife in for diagnosis after a severe coughing incident early this morning where she found it difficult to even breathe. Thankfully at the Midlothian Family Medical location we had Gregg as our PA, who has had over 20 years in the field of pulmonology, truly an answer to prayer. He was kind, competent, and willing to answer our questions and gave us great explanations about what was going on and gave us a good prescription regimen going forward. My wife also had an X-ray from a gentlemen that she characterized as efficient, kind, and capable. Couldn't ask for better from everyone.
