They were able come when needed. They worked effectively and both were knowledgeable and nice. They explained everything. I was very satisfied with their work & will use them again.
I contacted PACT for faucet repair on a Roman Bath bathtub and adjoining shower. The Bathtub was a problem because it was enclosed without access to the water lines. Junior and Calvin were sent and we discussed the option for accessing the water lines which involved removing the lower part of the tub which provided only an 81/2” clearance. Somehow Junior managed to get his head and part of his upper body to replace the lines with Calvin’s help. Calvin had also cut a section of the wall above the bathtub to access and replace the shower faucets and Junior installed shut-off valves. They also replaced the lower board. I had the best experience with Wade, Junior and Calvin. They were supportive through the whole process, fair in pricing and did a great job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them.
