Steven was my technician today and he was amazing. Very thorough and polite. He showed me a picture of my voltage control that was blackened and needed to be replaced and explained in detail why. He also told me about the yearly maintenance plan which is a very good value at $149/year for 3 check ups including water heater cleaning and 20 percent off repairs. I’m very impressed by this company and highly recommend them!
