I love this veterinary clinic! The staff is always so kind and courteous. The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The vet techs and Dr. always take great care of my dog and are very accommodating and transparent. Dr. Puype is an amazing and considerate veterinarian. I wouldn’t trust any other clinic or Dr. with my fur baby. I feel really blessed to have such a good vet considering my dog means everything to me. The front office staff has always been very upfront with cost of services and kindly answers all my questions and concerns. Dr. Madigan, Dr. Grant and Dr. Puype and all the vet techs I've worked with are outstanding! But the receptionist is a miserable, incompetent, entitled, unprofessional person and the most unempathetic person I think I've ever met. She has zero feelings. She is rude. Please replace her because she does not represent the wonderful culture that every other employee exemplifies. Every time we go in, she seems depressed and completely unhelpful. When I've gone in with emergencies - real emergencies - she has zero urgency; she's a slug. She's a horrible face for your organization. I give her zero stars.

The girls in the front Are extremely heartfelt and compassionate. They've always treated us with the utmost respect. I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to any one of my family, friends or stranger. I will use no one else.I will use no other vet.
