“Bailey is an excellent great groomer - so kind and tender with Sam and does a great job with her haircuts. The vet was attentive and clear on instructions for how to care for my dog's underlying allergy skin issues that Bailey discovered once she shaved down my dog's fur. I was thankful that she mentioned those and the vet was available to take a look at Sam before I came to pick her up. The receptionists are always friendly and professional in person and on the phone. Great place!“

“Had an incident where I dropped a medication on my cats head that turned out to be super toxic to cats. I went to 4 different vets and none of them would take walk ins for me. Then I called here. From the start they were so incredibly nice and got me in within an hour. I ended up leaving my kitty there for the day so they could watch over her and she turned out to be just fine. “We cannot say enough positive things about Dr. James and her staff. We move to SA a little over a year ago and got our senior Westie established with Dr James based on recommendations from a friend. We sadly had to say goodbye to our little old man three weeks ago at the age of 15, but his quality of life the past year was definitely better because of Dr James and when the time came to say goodbye, she helped us make the right decision and her staff was so caring and supportive.
