They show up on time and communication clearly throughout the day. The team extremely professional, attentive and courteous; they treated with utmost respect. They diagnosed problem quickly, find the source of leaks, adjust broken gates, replace spare parts and fix sewer lines. They save with fair pricing, no hidden fees and honest communication. They repair slab leaks externally, putting flower beds and yard back in great shape, filled all back and you can barely tell they were there. Went above and beyond, had great attitudes and appreciated. Accurate Leak and Line great service company you would use again and recommend to a friend.
Our sewage drain was leaking under the foundation. Accurate L&L conducted the complete testing/inspection via the toilet drain, at no charge, explained the multiple cracks and bellying found, and provided the quote for the repair. The repair required tunnelling under the foundation, 3 tunnels, which was really expensive, $350/ft for the length of our tunnelling. It took them multiple trips to complete the job, ~1 month. The communication was good, timeline was reasonable, they were punctual on the job days, and friendly and professional. We were satisfied with the completed job. Antonio and Carlos were extremely professional. They know their trade and the results indicate this. Excellent communication throughout the day. They treated me with the utmost respect and were attentive and courteous. They were also fun to work with.
Great work. Showed up on time and did the work on time. Did a great job of putting the flower beds and yard back in great shape. Very pleased with the work the did.
