Three young men came to my house to replace a new outdoor hose Bibb. They were polite, friendly and professional. I had to show them on the water meter where to shut the water off. My appointment was at 12;30 pm the owner told me that would I would receive a text to tell me when they were on the way. I never received a text message. Suddenly I hear my door bell ring and it was them. I think it was fairly expensive for just replacing the outdoor Bibb. It probably took them not even 15 minutes to install. I ask the young how much it was he ask If was paying with card . I said yes he told me to give me my email and he would send to his boss. He said his boss couldn't answer...read full review
I had a very small non Emergency need for hunt plumbing today. I have driven by their office so many times on my way home and never had a need. But today I called them and within 30 minutes they were at my house. Within 30 minutes after that they were done! The guys were polite, kind and professional. Great service. I will use them again.
I was delighted and appreciative that I got Service quickly. Justice was professional personable and explained things after detecting where my slab leak was he gave me different options. Luckily, the leak was not the worst case scenario and the price reflected that. His honesty is very appreciated. He completed the job on time. I will be recommending him whenever I can.
