Once we get in, your staff & doctors are wonderful. The process for making an appointment is not so wonderful, especially for a couple who work everyday. Not everyone can get in a que and wait for a text.

I was recently out of state when my fur baby had a midnight emergency and had to be rushed to the emergency vet, and belton small animal clinic took him immediately the next morning and diagnosed him with severe Gastroenteritis and treated him and gave him the medicine and support he needed. He was admitted for 2 days and I was unable to get to him and they even medically boarded him until I was able to make it back home to him. The Dr.s were amazing at immediate care and the main receptionist JJ is an absolute sweetheart, she kept me calm talked me through and was super sweet with the dozens of calls with me checking on him and a thousands of questions. Always such love and care for our four legged family. I’ve never felt pressured to get elective services and always receive information about my pet’s health I can understand. Great vets, techs, and staff. Highly recommend.
