Pediatricians near Bee Cave

“I'm relatively new to ARC. I've seen a physician at a different location a couple of times and was in need of care months sooner than they were able to provide it. The scheduler was able to get me in to the Bee Cave location with Dr. Wang within the same week. Huge points for availability. Check in was a breeze. Two large waiting areas; however, didn't use because my name was called within moments. Yay. Dr. Wang has a great personality. He's very friendly and actually listens. He addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and promptly. Visit notes were available on My Chart the very next day - a Saturday! I have a follow-up telehealth visit with him this week, so I will see how that goes. Overall, a great experience. Definitely worth the extra distance because things worked so much more quickly. :) Plus - xrays available on-site. Very convenient. Tech was nice. Meh - some things are very antiquated. I actually had to fill out paper forms to allow them to share information with another physician. Gasp! Lol. And in order to share my images, I had to drive back to pickup a CD. What? They don't have the ability to forward them electronically.“

She did a great job at identifying why I was in pain and explaining the changes in my body throughout treatment. It also really helped that she does nerve scans and X-rays. “Dr. Garza was my pediatrician from the time I left the NICU at eight weeks old until I turned 18. While I can’t personally recall my earliest experiences with her, my parents clearly believed she provided the best care possible—not just for me, but also for my twin brother and older brother.

For as long as I can remember, Dr. Garza has been someone I felt safe around. Whether it was getting vaccines at 10 or navigating a rough patch in my teenage years, she was always trustworthy, empathetic, and supportive. Her calming demeanor, natural charisma, and soothing cadence are qualities I’ve never encountered in another doctor.

But don’t mistake my praise for her bedside manner as the only reason I admire her. Dr. Garza took a deeply personal approach to my care. With an extensive knowledge of my medical history—so detailed it seemed as if she had my chart memorized—she always made well-informed decisions. Her recommendations reflected best practices and the latest advancements in medicine. She also had an excellent network of specialists, to whom she referred me multiple times when needed.

I should also mention that her staff was just as exceptional. They recognized me instantly and often remembered more details about me than I did.

And of course, I’ll never forget her signature phrase:
“Let me wash my hands so I don’t spread any germs!”“

They've always gotten us in quickly when they are sick, and have helped with insurance, school notes, physicals and referrals for specialist care when required. Professional, caring and everything you'd want from a pediatrics office. Highly recommend.“

Great service by Dr Meuse, His Nurse, the front desk at ARC Four Points were great. Thank you.“
