Received my first cat scan at the age of 53 and the lady that wheeled me to the X-ray room was the sweetest. I have only had 2 iv’s in my life and that was when I was giving birth. My nurse was understanding and did not laugh at me when I was afraid. The IV experience was not as bad as I thought it would be. I was not lectured about all the things I was doing wrong. It was only a positive message for me to get well and move forward with my health…“

“I have never used an Urgent Care facility before, and on May 10, I chose this NEXT LEVEL for my issue with a poison ivy flare up. I was very pleased with this facility. I was in and out in about 50 minutes, I think the longest was filling out my new patient paperwork on my phone. Everyone was so nice and helpful Renee at the front desk was very helpful with my concerns and questions. Megan the Tech, was very friendly and got all my vitals My provider, Michelle gave me top notch service and got me healing up from poison ivy.
