“The staff made sure we understood the standard procedure for what we could expect with Swedish massage or Deep tissue massage. I think I ended up asking for something more along the lines of Swedish massage even though I booked us for a deep tissue couples massage. My husband and I really enjoyed it and will be sure to follow the instructions to hydrate to help clear any lactic acid from our wonderful massages. My therapist (Joy) was really responsive during the massage to my requests to increase or decrease pressure depending on what each area of my body could tolerate. “Great experience for my first ever massage! Booking was extremely easy. I scheduled an appointment because I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain, as well as nerve pain/entrapment. Allysia took the time to ask questions to really understand the source of my pain and said she’d do her best to help me, even though she wasn’t sure what effect she could have if it was a nerve issue.

The entire massage was awesome. She even took a little time to work on my knees and hips because I had mentioned in my consultation that those were problem areas for me as well. She communicated everything she was doing as she went along and I really appreciated it. She is very nice and a good conversationalist, which helped me be even more comfortable. When the massage was over, she gave me homework to start doing targeted stretches and mobility exercises to see if that could help me further.

Tabitha was my therapist for a combination lymphatic drainage and relaxation session. She provided me with a heavenly warmed neck pillow and gave me an expert massage. “Dr. Elias has been very good at treating my hamstring injury. He has been adjusting my treatment plan to my personality, which has been making the rehab process more effective. Although I don’t always get to my rehab exercises I feel like he adjusts the exercises for things that I’m successfully doing. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. However, he laughs with me and jokes around, which I appreciate because it makes more comfortable. I’m also feeling stronger in other areas of body which makes it feel like I’ll be able to prevent future injuries. I can’t recommend him enough.“
