Highly recommend Restore Massage & Bodywork! Allysia is very knowledgeable and attentive to all your concerns. She combines several different techniques and modalities to best fit what you need. I did the hybrid which included stretching, massage therapy, and cupping. Not only did it help but she also gave me stretches to do at home to help fix the problem long term. Pricing is good compared to most places especially considering all modalities are included and you don’t have to pay extra for them. I’ve been to several massage therapist and Allysia is definitely one of the best I’ve been to to and you can tell she is passionate about what she does.
