As a Service Member, there's lots of stress in the job. But with Nara I felt so much better and relaxed. They first start by getting to know you individually as a client and your specific needs. I am always kind of nervous about going to a new masseuse, but oh my gosh, this was amazing. The place is unassuming in a stripmall wirh plenty of parking. It is clean inside and I was greeted kindly and given an overview of what to expect. I needed some deep massage work, and Yaya came through. She did stretching/walking and massage and seem to intuitively know where my problems were. She constantly inquired if the pressure was too much and was very in tune with what my body needed and was telling her.
Very impressed, if you need to work on a muscle or specific issue, this is the place, clean, tidy, great massage and reasonable in price. I'll be back here very soon.
I had my first massage at Nara Thai today after it was recommended to me by a couple of family members, and I will say it was an amazing experience!! I chose the swedish massage because I just wanted an hour to myself and to relax and the masseuse delivered just that! My main problem areas are neck, shoulders and lower back and they were properly targeted and I felt rejuvenated and more relaxed by the end. I was asked about the pressure, the positions, and to tell him if I was in any pain. The environment was also very relaxing, with dimmed lights and soft music. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get a massage in San Antonio!!
