Highly recommend! I go regularly for massage treatments to ease the discomfort from working out and working a desk job. App is great, appointments are easy to schedule, enhancements (rapid tension relief, hot stones, muscle therapy) are available, and they have a range of therapists to target your specific needs and times. Therapists are experts and friendly. Cost is reasonable, especially if you are a member. I try to go every two weeks. Thank you!
Melissa did an incredible job addressing the pain in my right hamstring. She targeted the area with precision and was able to locate the knot between my IT band, glute, and hamstring that had been causing discomfort. After the session, the pain was completely resolved and hasn’t returned all week.
Her massage was both therapeutic and deeply relaxing at the same time. Melissa was extremely detailed in her work, paying close attention to the muscle fibers and areas of tension throughout the session. I left feeling reenergized, refreshed, and pain-free. Amazing bodywork — highly recommend!
