“Toby and his whole team, from start to finish, have provided me with an amazing experience.Initial conversations with Accolade vs. competitors was so smooth - Accolade didn't try and upsell, or try and talk me into any other product that I needed. Toby gave me the pros and cons to all options, and the whole process, which I greatly appreciated.When it came to installing - it went perfectly. We had a lot of windows to replace, so it took 2 full days. The crew was on time, respectful of the house, and knowledgeable. Toby did final walk throughs with me and even noticed (I didn't) one screen missing, which he promptly ordered, and delivered it and installed it himself once it arrived. When doing the final walkthrough, he even came back at the end of the day to clean some very hard to reach windows so it would look perfect.We have had the windows for almost a year and all has gone well. Rachael C. our rep was hands on throughout the process, she and her super were on site, engaged and checked on progress routinely throughout the day. They took their promises seriously and even pressure washed my driveway when done. Literally also fixed a vent that had not been attached after noticing it while checking the roof. “Johnny Pearson with quick roofing helped me out of a tight spot. I had made my claim already but because of work and life had trouble getting the work started. Had issues with getting solar panels removed because the company that installed them had gone out of business. Johnny helped me figure out how to get them removed and reinstalled once my roof was replaced. The whole process was made easier throughout by his knowledge and experience. Would recommend him to anyone needing roof work or replacement.“

“I cannot fathom how incredibly awesome this company is. Our neighbor has an extremely loud pool pump which was causing us a lot of grief. As in we simply stopped being in our living area at all during the day. I reached out to Austin Sliding Door and Jeff came out to assess the situation. He actually used to live near our area in circle C so he was very familiar with the houses. He instantly knew how to mitigate the noise by replacing the glass in our sliding door with laminated double pane windows that are meant for sound proofing. His quote was incredibly competitive compared to other companies that wanted to replace the whole door. But Jeff let us know our sliding door frame is perfect for glass replacement so we went forward with it. We decided to go with the thickest glass they offered so it took a bit longer to get the glass, but once it came Jeff and his team came in person to do the job and it went by super quick, within a few hours the glass was installed and even new industrial strength roller wheels! Holy cow, the noise is just gone. My wife and I can't believe how much relief we felt when we realized we could have our living area back again. On top of that, the doors glide effortlessly, it was such a huge payoff! Please consider any window or sliding glass door upgrades with Austin Sliding glass, they are absolutely the best in the business when it comes to jobs like this.“

Our salesman, Skyler, explained the Kohler tub with all of its many features, the demo process for the old tub, the installation process, and costs. Everything. The crew, headed by Joe, was very courteous and timely. They also cleaned up after themselves and kept us informed as they proceeded. The tub itself is fabulous, it has so many new features and performs so well, it is difficult to make yourself get out of the tub because of the tremendous stress relief using the various jets, seat warmer, shower etc. During the installation, they discovered that the old tub's electrical wiring was piggy-backed off of an existing socket which was not standard and could have caused outages. They immediately contacted an electrician who ran two more circuits to get the new tub hooked up properly...all with no extra charge. Every step in the process was timely and explained. Truly the best remodeling experience we have ever had, bar none.“
