Brian Krpec and his team at Affluent Exteriors have done consistently outstanding work on our home. Not only have they completed our home improvement projects on time and within budget, their work is to the highest standard. As customers, we are sticklers for details and require thorough prep work as a project begins. Brian Krpec was excellent to work with. His crews were on time and responsible throughout the repairs to our upper deck. The scope of work needed to be amended after the project started, and Brian was available to follow up with and confirm the schedule of work. Sometimes we needed to address issues with the crew, and Brian or a lead crew member followed up on this regularly. After the repairs were completed, there was a small issue where the gutter needed to be adjusted, and this was handled right away, which we appreciated. There were no extra charges added to our original bill/estimate. The upper deck looks great now and is waterproof.
