The facility is clean and conveniently located near public transportation, with ample parking available. They’ve always been a great resource for the community, and I've had consistently positive experiences there. Dr. O'Neill is always easy to talk to, straightforward, and willing to answer questions without making things feel complicated.
One thing that stood out during my visit today was the security guard. He greeted me when I arrived and wished me well when I left. It's a simple thing, but it made the visit feel more welcoming. You don't always see that level of friendliness, so I wanted to acknowledge it.

Case management is the worst . I’ve been trying to reach my case manager for weeks. Every time I go in person I’m told that I have to wait to see my assigned case manager. He doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. I’m really debating on leaving this client
What a beautiful, unexpected experience.
I had been running all over Austin trying to find a place to get tested. No insurance— so I needed free testing.
Kind Clinic was always too busy.
Planned Parenthood was going to cost me $250.
My last attempt was here… and thank goodness it was.
Once I signed in, I was greeted and guided by an angel named Velda. Talk about someone who deeply cares about the well-being of the Austin LGBTQ+ community. This is someone who is genuinely committed to making a change for the better.
