Austin Regional Clinic: ARC Administration

Long time member here..... Dr's have always been great (except for once, emergency) especially those chosen as your primary.....STAFF was always up and down, but my last 3 interactions with them has been DEPLORABLE: bullying condescension. One of them made an appointment on her own for me on a date I told her I was out of town (I travel constantly) and then was bent out of shape when I told her it wouldn't work.... All over $ for follow visit up for meds I've taken for years.Fallen hard.

I think I need to go with another provider. It is difficult getting anappointment. I had scheduled an appointment for a physical. It was canceled by ARC the morning it was scheduled. I had waited 6 weeks for that appointment. I rescheduled and again need to wait 6 weeks. I'm in my 70s. I need a place which will be available as I age. I'm looking into other nearby clinics.

RE: Dripping Springs location. I've had nothing but great experiences here. I've used ARC for several years - but the other locations. This location has the friendliest staff that I've dealt with. And Dr Kielhorn is about as good as it gets in my opinion.
