Dr. Alkourbah and staff were personable, knowledgeable, and open to discussing issues. Regarding med change, Dr. Alkourbah gave her recommendation which I did not adopt at that time. After reflecting at home on the change, I agreed to it. Dr. Alkourbah's staff readily made arrangements to have it filled at WalMart.I appreciate Village Medical's patient portal and the opportunity to provide feedback with a comment rather than a controlled survey.

Went in to get physical paperwork completed.I had gotten a physical 6 months prior so an actual physical wasn't completed. I am told in office that I would only be coded for an office visit for completing the paperwork.A few weeks later I get a bill for over $300 with various other services.After going back and forth with billing for a few months, the issue was resolved (shout out to Rebecca for the assistance).Other than that the staff is nice and polite and Dr. Alkourbah was engaging and generous with her time on my previous visit, unlike a lot of physicians these days who you get maybe 5 minutes with.

I was very impressed with the office staff and the professionalism they exemplified, the wait time was minimal. I was very impressed by Dr. Alkourbah she was friendly and concerned about my outcomes, she answered all of my questions. Dr. Alkourbah is a top notch Doctor.
