The ladies from the front staff to Dr. to billing. Our time there was quick and appreciated. My daughter had a wax earplug met into her ear overnight. The team got us in after an ER visit that didn’t go well and made accommodations to get us in right before a holiday weekend with no hesitation. Thank you! Not to mention we were not from here, we were treated great and promptly!

Check in and front desk staff were great. Dr. Ariana Ernotte is phenomenal. I brought my 2 year old in for a second opinion. My experience with Dr. Ernotte was SIGNIFICANTLY different and better than our first audiology visit at a different clinic. Not only is Dr. Ernotte AMAZING with kids, she is very thorough in her examination and very helpful in explaining her findings. Thank you, Dr. Ernotte, for taking time, showing compassion, and providing what may have been the best care I’ve ever experienced for my child.

I had gone to the wrong location , staff was rude and didnt even try to help me out and work something out with me, I called ENT medical plaza letting them know if i can still show up when i was at another location, the lady on the phone was helping me out and schedule me for that same day at a later time so i can still be seen, she was finally able to get me in and as soon as i checked in with front desk, the young lady that sat in the middle spoke to me in the most professional way, really nice, and had the best attitude and because of her and the staff there , im going to keep coming in for my daughters appts even tho its a bit farther away from the one where i usually...read full review
