I had gone to the wrong location , staff was rude and didnt even try to help me out and work something out with me, I called ENT medical plaza letting them know if i can still show up when i was at another location, the lady on the phone was helping me out and schedule me for that same day at a later time so i can still be seen, she was finally able to get me in and as soon as i checked in with front desk, the young lady that sat in the middle spoke to me in the most professional way, really nice, and had the best attitude and because of her and the staff there , im going to keep coming in for my daughters appts even tho its a bit farther away from the one where i usually...read full review

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smart and Dr. Watson. They are both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They take the time to listen to concerns, explain everything clearly, and make us feel comfortable and well cared for. What I appreciate the most is how they treat my daughter. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend them.

We’ve been so happy with Dell Children’s ENT! The nurses and doctors have been kind and above all patient. My one year old who’s had cleft palate surgery gets really anxious when anyone tries to examine her ears or look in her mouth, but these nurses and doctors took things as slow as she needed to help her adjust! No rushing, lots of encouragement and toys—they work to make the experience fun for children. So thankful for them!
