Great medical center only to be brought down by their billing department. Pretty much had their billing department hang up on us after admitting that the bill was sent to the wrong address and sending us to collections. All the while refusing to recall the debt and listen to reason.UPDATE: Shout out to customer service who picked up the slack from the Billing department. Funny how common sense prevails when you get someone willing to listen. Five stars for customer service and zero for Billing. Updated rating.
The L&D team is phenomenal. They listened to my preferences, addressed my needs and gave me a beautiful labor experience. The only thing that could’ve been better would’ve been access to the birthing suites which I was told was only for the midwifery within the hospital? Hopefully it’s open for my second birth down the roadBe warned, the food is pretty awful… don’t expect much. We were told the food is “pretty good” and maybe so for hospital food but it was still terrible. Lol don’t go there for the food though and you’ll be ok
I had a great experience giving birth to my baby. The postpartum care was incredible.. all but 1 nurse her name is Rima Hussain, was on the ball. She provided no care advice for our baby circumcision , she just slapped the diaper on him. No ointment nothing, she even tried to avoid swaddling him . Her shift had no care and I needed it because I had baby through C-section. Everyone else was superb Deena, Kadie, Leanne and Nedra were incredible! They took care of us with so much love. I definitely recommend this hospital for material care .
