I recently had a loved one need to go into long term care leaving us to take care of his apartment. The situation was very bad - apartment was full of items and extremely filthy. We just couldn't take the time to go through things and clean it up. Plus the filth was so bad that you needed a mask just to enter. Bill and his team including Josie were amazing.
