Lluvia is a fantastic cleaner, but the person running the office is very nasty. I’ve hired Lluvia a few times and this will be the last.

It’s not worth what a good cleaner Lluvia is to deal with the office girl. After agreeing on a price she will try and charge you more.

I wouldn’t believe it if you told me, but I have the transcription of our conversations luckily, and she tried to charge $200 more than agreed on. Then, if you don’t pay the price she picks she’ll threaten to harass you at your home.

We are so happy with our first cleaning from Lluvia. We are planning on having them clean regularly- every other week and they started off with a deep clean. They took their time and paid close attention to detail. They were super friendly, professional and provided a fabulous service for us. I've been considering not posting this, however I can't let this happen to anyone else again.In short: I had to start the process of filing a theft of service claim and build a case against them through APD in order for them to come back and do the job I had ALREADY paid them for.The details are as follows:Thursday November 8th, 2018I began having issues with this company.This house was completely empty as we had not moved in yet. We're moving from Pflugerville on the 15th.I'm OCD, so I decided to hire them to come in and take care of the cleaning.They showed up the first appointment day (11/8/18) and did not clean the house.
