My doctors visit was great but I didn't know ahead the office moved. I luckily just made it to my appointment!!Heads up as of today it's moved:2500 W William Cannon Dr Building 607 Suite E1, Austin, TX 78745I like my new doctor hopefully it will be better than other ones!!

I’ve been through a few doctors offices since moving to Austin a few years ago, and this is by far the best one in town. Dr. Runyan is truly top notch, incredibly helpful, fast, and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Runyan Is great but the front desk staff is horrible so I left the practice. There was one time I was really sick & needed medication ASAP. I called exactly at 8am & the staff said they couldn’t get me in for a telehealth appt for medication until 3:30pm. I told them them I had to take the medication sooner & I would be too sick to pick it up later in the afternoon. They were so nonchalant and didn’t care at all. I ended up paying an online provider $200 to get the medication so I could take it that morning. I don’t think they really care about their patient ‘s wellness.
