I had a great first experience! Had two large rugs that needed to be cleaned. I did my research on five different places. This was definitely the least expensive. I took it in to the location with the factory to save time and money. I took it in on a Wednesday because it was 25% off. They did a great job and it was by far the best price in Central Austin. I did have a second rug that was a thicker wool and they were not able to clean that, but I’m happy with what they did! Charlie was helpful on the phone and in person.
Fantastic job, including removing some spots from suit jackets that a previous dry cleaner had been unable to make spotless. Pricing was reasonable, but on the upper end. Roughly $12-14/item. However given the results, they are now my go to dry cleaner on any piece of clothing I care about. Prompt service (I dropped off 8 articles of clothing and they were ready within 2 days). They text when ready for pickup and can track the entire process/item progress on their website. And being eco friendly is a fantastic bonus. I have not used their delivery/pickup service, but I have heard wonderful things.
Tried EcoClean to dry clean winter sweaters for our family before putting them away for the summer.Although it was convenient to pickup the items from our home, there wasn't pricing available in advance of the service, although we asked several times and never got a response.We were eventually told we would get a quote before the service would occur but we never did. Ultimately, we learned how much it would cost when the service was completed.The service was good otherwise, but we found it super unusual that pricing wasn't available until you got your clothes back.
