Recently visited the Santa Fe Optical Arboretum location to repair my mother's favorite glasses. Although the frames were discontinued, and parts no longer available, Caroline was able to repair a spring in one of the temples and they were good as new. I took 2 additional pair of reading glasses that needed repairs and these were fixed while I waited, at no additional charge! My mother is thrilled to have her favorite glasses repaired and fitting comfortably. Excellent service from Caroline.

Excellent customer service! I visited today for a quick repair, and Caroline assisted me with great enthusiasm. She handled the repair professionally and didn't even charge me for it. I truly appreciate her help and the positive vibe of this shop. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality eye care and great staff.

I’ve only buy my eye glasses at Santa Fe because of the service and frames selection. The Arboretum location is one of the best in the city. The purchasing process is great. The whole team helps with the fitting so you always feels confident in your new specs. The best part is the help when you need a quick re-fitting…you can pop in there and get yourself all tuned up, easy peasey. Thank you Santa Fe, especially the Arborteum team!
