This hospital saved my dog's life.
Aura suffered a severe acute kidney injury and I brought her in very concerned what was going to happen. The staff responded with urgency, excellence, and genuine compassion, and after ~8 days of intensive care, she pulled through. She recovered so well and felt so comfortable with the team that she actually got excited for her follow-up visits!
To every doctor, vet tech, and staff member involved in her care: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are what heroes look like.

We had such a positive experience at Emergency Animal Hospital of Crystal Falls during a very scary emergency with our dog. The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. They took wonderful care of him and ensured we felt informed and supported throughout the whole process. We’re so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing emergency pet care.
