I’m in early retirement and currently have no traditional income, and I needed a loan to purchase a new home. I assumed getting financing under those circumstances was going to be extremely difficult, if not impossible.

LendFriend made what seemed impossible surprisingly simple. They understood my situation, found a way to make the loan work, and most importantly, got everything closed on time.

There were a few occasions when some of my less important questions didn’t get a response as quickly as I would have liked, but I’m more than willing to overlook that given the end result. When it mattered, LendFriend delivered.

I’m now in my new home, and I’m very grateful for their help making it happen. I would definitely recommend them, particularly to someone whose financial situation doesn’t fit neatly into the traditional mortgage box.

The HGF team is so patient, kind, helpful and efficient. Their fees are SUPER reasonable and transparent. They're happy to answer any questions you have, even multiple times (if you just aren't getting it, like me!).

I'll work with them for life. If you're lucky enough to get the chance to, I'd definitely recommend it.

Despite the whole team being super equipped, Eric was my loan originator, and I would happily recommend him specifically to anyone.

I highly recommend LendFriend! They helped me understand every step throughout the process. I had a direct content for any questions I had in real time. Customer service is top notch. They handled all of the hard things so that we could find the right home. They really cared about getting the right financing option us and help us get a sold rate. I’ll recommend LendFiend to anyone I know who is looking for a home.
