We've refi'd with FAM and specifically, agent Dawn Skinner 3 times over the last ten years and it's been nothing but a breeze. Really appreciate the time and effort she has put into helping us achieve better interest rates and timely cash-outs. It helps if you have all your needed paperwork up-front, but wow! These folks go above and beyond every time we use their services. I used to dread refi's and purchases. No more! Thank you FAM!Thanks to the whole team! We'll be back!
