My pedicure was great. First time for waterless one. They used hot towels instead. However, my daughter got short tips and buildable gel and they were popping off within an hour. Disappointed. Service was good while there, but will take her back to get fixed for sure.
If I can give this place 100 stars I would. It gives sold life, it gives luxury. I truly felt pampered. I didn’t feel out of place. Customer service was amazing. I will be back. Got both a regular pedicure and structured gel overlay polish. First time for that kind of manicure and I’m already a fan.
Deficient customer service. Made an appointment with a friend, upon arrival there were no indications of where to sit or confirmation of services. Sat down next to my friend no amenities were provided/offered on a hot day. After sitting for over 15 minutes with nobody directing the appointment my friend got the receptionist’s attention so that they would provide me a bit of water to drink because no one offered. No courtesy disposable sandals available, they instead sell you sandals so if you don’t want to end up buying sandals make sure you bring your own. Pedicure was good just no good customer service. Except for Yesenia! She is amazing!
