Had a great spa experience today. And honestly- the people make the spa. My massage by IIeanna was FANTASTIC. She knows where you need to most work done and I appreciate her for using her best judgement on my tight muscles. Next I had the Lux Pedicure and let me tell you, JW Marriot Austin is lucky to have a gem like Aleia. She is outstanding and did a wonderful job. I wish I could have stayed longer for a manicure with her. The group of people you have at the spa here are top notch. I hope Marriot knows that and appreciates that!

the spa itself was fine. Calming. But the staff was excellent. Front desk was so lovely. The woman that took me back, didn’t catch her name, but she was so so sweet. I felt like she was my aunt, guiding me to the locker. Anyway the massage was 10/10!! Titi was my therapist and wow. I normally don’t like massages but i will be coming back for another one. Titi did a great job, left me feeling better and more relaxed. I also got to enjoy the pool afterwards which was a great bonus. I would love to come back for a facial.

My husband scheduled a spa day for my 40th birthday and let me tell you everyone needs a Hubert in their life. That man has amazing hands. Lol I did the ultimate aromatherapy and it was such an amazing experience. He Started my birthday weekend off perfectly. Not only is he kind, but he is also gentle and makes you feel very comfortable.
I will definitely be booking another appointment soon. I can’t recommend him enough.
