Can’t recommend the spa at the JW Marriott enough! Jasmine welcomed us so politely and with a calm energy that started our spa experience in such a positive way. We enjoyed a relaxing couples massage for our wedding anniversary and they made it special in so many ways- from complimentary champagne to chocolate strawberries. Our therapists thip and titi were great and Judith and Gabriel were so lovely on our way out. 10/10 experience!!!!
I got my nails done here and absolutely loved the experience! Everybody was very welcoming and it was a very relaxing environment. I loved how my nails turned out and the staff was very helpful and attentive.
Justin was an incredible masseuse and Gabriel was so nice and very helpful. I just wish I would’ve had more time to use the pool. Tip: parking is validated if you get a spa treatment.
