Sprauer roofing did my neighbor and he recommended . So let's go , the roof is now done. Keep in mind this is three years ago. Looks good and they even fixed other problems. After a few heavy rain I noticed a leak in my chimney . Guy came back twice and even thrice. He said it was chimney vent. I replaced and still drop drop in chimney when heavy rain. Called my insurance , they said call the contractor we just pay. Called contractor , the original guy no longer with company . I got a hold of the owner. He took my call while out of town. I had an excellent experience with Sprauer Roofing and highly recommend them. David was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He patiently answered all of my questions—and I had quite a few—regardless of the day or time. He was always responsive, punctual for appointments, professional, and very easy to work with.
What particularly impressed me was that Sprauer was the only roofing company I contacted that took the time to investigate the root cause of the roof leak rather than simply recommending a roof replacement. David thoroughly evaluated the problem, explained what he found, and provided plenty of pictures to support his findings and document the work.
Bill was incredibly responsive, identified and repaired my issue quickly and efficiently for a shockingly low price. I will be using him for all my roofing needs from now on and referring him to everyone I know.
