Westbank Dry Cleaning

I used Westbank delivery service and all of my clothes arrived smelling like cigarette smoke. The company's only purpose is to clean clothes and this is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this company again.

Absolutely terrible I actually worked there for eight days it was so an unorganized the work environment was so toxic that I had to abruptly quit after eight days of employment there absolutely the most unprofessional experience Of my entire life!! If I could give less stars I would.

I had the worst service ever at Westlake store. They kept my item for a month because they forgot to send out. If I hadn't called they never would have found it. They were barely apologetic. You're a dry cleaners and that's what you do. Be responsible with people's items especially when you charge a premium for your services. Will not be back!
