these guys are consistently some of the most incompetent software developers i've had the displeasure of dealing with in my lifetime. none of their stuff works, it's full of bugs and missing features and *egregious* typos, and it takes forever to get even the most basic fixes done. just an absolute blight on my day-to-day work, and consistently a source of public embarrassment that makes us look incompetent by extension.

Walton County Florida just switched to this system three months ago to submit your vacation rental taxes. They used to have the easiest system to pay your monthly taxes. Whoever coded this website is an idiot. My guess is this Company won't last long.

This company aquired MuniRevs a few years ago in Colorado. It takes them forever to respond or help in any way. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Terrible support and lack of motivation to do anything. We've been waiting for a single tax form to be developed for an entire year. The tax form is almost identical to something that already exists in our system too. I could have taught myself how to code and created this form faster than this terrible company.
