I will never use any other keyboard but a Das Keyboard. The quality, and the customer service are OUTSTANDING! I used my Das Keyboard so much that the bumps on the F and J key wore down. As someone who is visually impaired, the home keys are extremely important to me.I emailed the company and within a day customer service (Summer) contacted me. Asked me a few questions and mailed (AT NO COST) new keys. I plan to be a customer for as long as possible and would never try another keyboard.

I love this keyboard. It is solid as a rock and typing with it is even more satisfying than I expected. It really feels high end. Moreover, in case you have any issue, you can easily contact them about a firmware update.
