Like a few others, I have a lot of problems with their customer service and common sense. Floors laid down not in direction I wanted (it was communication problem between owner (LEVI) and installers, furniture was left outside on balcony and not covered during rain and my passport was ruined (and Levi tried to blame me). Levi refused to caulk between the floor and sliding glass doors (insisting it was my contractors job). Levi tried to not install thresholds saying my contractor could do it. The floors are not even, new baseboards do not lie flat. Overall floors look great but the communication is a MASSIVE problem,. Buyer beware! If you look at these 5 star ratings you will see that most of the reviewers have only one review. They also include reviews from family and employees. I unfortunately did not read the reviews in detail before deciding to hire Levi and Finn Wood Flooring.
I could write a book about the awful communication, but let's just say that this company has no customer service orientation--Levi actually told me I was "ridiculous" to express concern about the job. His guys were really nice but they did not cover any of the cabinets in the kitchen or pantry as Levi assured me they would. He scheduled a much bigger (more important) job over mine and delayed starting...read full review

These guys were willing to make an exception to drive a little further out of their normal area to lay the flooring on this job. They installed quickly and with good quality. We had some hiccups on communication, just like most people but it all got worked out. I'm thankful for these guys.
