I have a screw-down metal roof. Because of leaks, we had Capital City Roofing replace all our screws and washers with larger ones back in April 2017. They sealed all the gaps that needed it along the ridge line, installed and sealed a new chimney cap, installed and sealed new flashing around the chimney and replaced a new roofing panel near the chimney. They sent Samuel, an actual crew chief (not a salesperson) to do the estimate and he coordinated a price while on site by phone with the assistant office manager, Alma Garcia.
