We love working with Carter Floors on our projects. Always meeting and exceeding expectations! We are a General Contractor and builder who uses Carter Floors on all of our jobs. They always meet their deadlines and the bids are solid. We also love working with Staci on all of our design and ordering needs. They did the tile in our master bathroom and walk in closet. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The tile looks really good. My only complaints are punctuality and communication. The installers were 2 hours late the first day and 1 hour late the other 2 days, although they stayed until 7 on one day and 9 the next. They were supposed to send someone over to look at their work and no one ever came.
