I hired biggs to relocate a gas line in my kitchen so my new range would fit right. Whole experience was great, from the first call/consultation to completion of service. Our house, like many in Austin, had a burst pipe after Winterpocalypse 2021. We were extremely lucky to get an appointment with Biggs only a couple days after everything thawed, and the gentleman who came out to do the service was extremely helpful and accommodating. He had to cut into our sheetrock and make multiple cuts in our copper piping in order to make the repair, but he had all the tools he needed and found the break in the pipe right away. We will definitely be calling again for our future plumbing work.
