Lauren is such an amazing woman and our dog loves her so much! He is a very shy pup and was not a great fit at other daycares. During trials at other daycares, he was often fearful but he warmed up to Lauren, Birdie, and Emmitt right away! He looks forward to going to daycare and it feels so good knowing that he is well cared for while we are at work. Also, Lauren provided a clear summary of their day together as well as some photos which are always appreciated! Your pup will be in great hands with Lauren and her pups!
Lauren was wonderful! I booked my dog for boarding and then a few days before her stay began, the ice storm hit. I was heading out of town for work and was in a jam. Lauren still took her in despite her power not being restored. Great first experience for those wanting something more ~boutique~ than kennel boarding!
So grateful we found Lauren! I was referred to Lauren (Austin Dog Lady) from a very credible dog boarding business when they were all booked up and couldn't take our dog for the weekend. I had never boarded our pup before and I was very nervous to leave him. Lauren was amazing and made me feel comfortable from the first day I met her. We had an evaluation day to make sure that my pup got along with her two adorable dogs. Our dog loved her dogs and had so much fun playing with them. We got an email with photos from Lauren every evening we were gone. Toby looked so happy and comfortable in all of the photos. Lauren treated our Toby like he was her own. So happy I found Lauren and will definitely use her again to watch our guy when we are out of town.
