I’ve been coming here for a while now. TFrom the time I walk into the store to the time I leave, I am acknowledged. Even if they can’t get to me right away, they greet me and ask what I want. Pretty typical. No. Not really. Some places you go and are ignored until they are done with their current client. This store goes above and beyond with helping you choose if you are unsure what you want, ask you many times during the process if you like how the nail shape and length are going. Amy was so nice in helping me tailor my nail job to what I wanted. She even put shimmer on my nail Just so I could see what it looked like. I have to give this establishment a 10 out of 10!!!! There was no wait time, the staff offered my husband and me drinks, and the customer service was amazing!! Ms. Ellie, my nail technician was very professional and precise!!! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she NAILED IT! Get it! Hahahaha My nails were prettier than the picture. I’ll surely be back soon. Thank you!!!
Ended up here because the nail salon I originally went to said they were not taking anymore clients. The service was AMAZING! I got a signature pedicure with gel polish $65. It was sooo worth it. If I'm ever in Fort Worth again this place will be on my list to visit. Thank you for the perfect pedicure.
