Courteous and professional and very knowledgeable about his business. I am very pleased with TAA and the way they took care of my request. The ones to call for prompt and professional service. Thanks Texas Air Authorities. Terry in Joshua,Tx
We called Texas Air after having the units checked out by our regular company. They didn't find any problem in two calls, and gave us a 'work-around. Texas Air came out and found two separate problems in two visit. The third visit was to install the second failed part. David was great. He explained what the problem was, got the parts and fixed the problem. Works great again, Thanks.
I had been dealing with a home warranty company for 2 weeks trying to get my air conditioner working. I called Texas Air Authorities and within an hour someone was here to assess the problem. A couple hours later they were back and fixed the problem. Best same day service I've ever had!
