I want to recognize Don and Jorge at Park Place Mercedes for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.

When I first came in, I was assigned to a different salesperson who was unfortunately inattentive. I was then passed to Jorge, who stepped in without hesitation. While I don’t believe Jorge was technically a salesperson, he took the time to help me with the test drive, answer questions, and make sure I felt supported during that part of the process — which I truly appreciated.
