Professionalism, timeliness, and expertise are the top 3 words to describe my experience with the loc service I received from Kenya. First off, she has an organized, easy-to-follow booking system. When you arrive you are properly greeted, her area is clean and prepped for your service. And when I tell you she is fast, the word itself is an understatement! It usually takes 4-5 hours to retie my locs, but not for Kenya- she did it in well under 2 hours! Lastly, my hair looks great! I am 100% pleased with my overall experience and look forward to being a regular client!
This was an excellent experience. The service was quick and efficient, and my hair looks clean, fresh, and revitalized. She also checked in on the tightness during interlocking, which made the process much more comfortable.
Kenya has gifted hands, she is amazing! I have thick hair and I did not have to sit under the dryer that long becauseof the productshe used. She also did my husband's hair and he is leaving a review as well.
