“We are very happy with our experience with Cogburn's! We came home one day and realized that our air conditioner was not working as well as it should. I went online and easily scheduled an appointment for inspection for the next day. Ricky came over, right on time, and was able to diagnose that we had a leak in our coils. He worked with the main office to give me a breakdown of all of our options to move forward, which were all reasonably priced, and worked with my home warranty provider to give us the full array of options for replacement. We decided to replace the unit. Within a day and a half, Brandon and Mannie arrived at our home and worked diligently to replace our condenser and furnace unit. They were very respectful of us and our property and did wonderful work. The unit was back up in running within 2 days of our unit breaking - it was great to have cool air again! I would recommend anyone looking to have HVAC work done to use Cogburn's.“

“I am very happy with the work completed by the Lake City team, particularly the owner Dan. He came to evaluate a problem with one of our AC units and diagnosed a problem that had been incorrectly diagnosed by another contractor. Dan also suggested adjustments to some duct work that had been done poorly. Dan and his team came today to repair the AC unit and reroute ductwork. All the work was done neatly and professionally, and I can feel the difference with air flow and cooler temperatures. Dan’s diagnosis of the AC problem and the ducting issues were right on and the cost was substantially less than the quote from the other contractor. I saved money and got a proper repair of the AC unit with the bonus of more efficient ducting. You can tell Dan has a lot of experience and knowledge that translates into quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dan and his team.“
