GOAT air has been so helpful especially their technician Trey. He came out to my place in Argyle after my A/C gave out on the hottest day of the year so far. While my problem is having to be put on hold to fix, Trey came back to my house on his own time to install my portable units at no cost. That’s the kindness that I experienced.

I came home from the office with my AC not working on a 104° day! It was miserably hot and I dreaded how long I would be out of commission. My neighbor had used Goat Air recently and had a good experience and recommended them so I called. The receptionist understood the urgency and made a way to send a technician out next morning. Chandler showed up about 10:45 and had me up and running within 25-30 minutes. Excellent annd thorough service and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended! Trey came out today and checked out the system at our home and did a tune up on it for us. Young man is very professional, explained everything to us, and recommended a couple things he saw that need attention. Highly recommend these guys.
