“We had a new HVAC System installed about 5 years ago and these guys have been great! I've had them out for PMs a few times and David has always done a great job.
We noticed on Monday evening that the house was getting hot and I did some troubleshooting to discover that the compressor just wasn't kicking on. It ended up being a capacitor, so it was a pretty easy fix, but here's the thing. I left a voice mail around 9:30 PM just so I'd be in the queue in the morning and they CALLED ME BACK at 10:00 PM to let me know they got my message! I wasn't expecting that! They dispatched David the next day and he was out there at 1:00 PM and had it fixed in short order. Clearly, they're doing something right! I sincerely appreciate doing business with people I can trust to take care of us when we call - well done, Premier - THANK YOU!”
