I have used QuickSumo for quarterly pest maintenance for 5 years. I have always been pleased with their service. I get an automated call to tell me my next scheduled date which is great because I do not have to remember to call to schedule the service. If the date they've proposed does not work for my schedule, they are happy to reschedule. Their technicians are always friendly, and they call or text 20 minutes to an hour before arrival. I also really appreciate that any time we have some kind of pest issue in between visits (such as a wasp nest that pops up), they quickly come out to take care of it at no charge.
