I originally enrolled my children to help their self esteem and physical discipline. They have become more confident and responsible. I would have never thought of doing it with them, but seeing so many families attend together, really motivated me to join. I am blessed to have the opportunity to not only do something that my kids and I can do together, but also support my weight loss journey. 15lbs lighter has made a huge difference! Thank you to the PTC family for your support. It truly takes a village. It is an amazing feeling to not only hear about it, but actually see it happen in every walks of life.
Signed my boys up a month and a half ago and I must say it’s a great experience. The instructor have a great deal of patience and passion for what he does and teach. I originally signed my son up because he was getting bullied but it also benefited him in his everyday life. I’m satisfied and can wait to see how great my boys are within a year
